Quizzo is What?!

Quizzo is six rounds of trivia (five questions per round) plus two bonus rounds, with points awarded for correct answers. Teams with the most points at the end of the game are awarded a prize, typically a bar gift certificate.

How Does it Work

Grab A Score Sheet

Find the Quizmaster and ask for a score sheet for your team.

Create A Team And Pick A Name

Pick a name that expresses your team’s true identity.

Order Drinks And Food

Grab your favorite beverage and maybe a bite to eat.

Quick Overview:

Game Play & Scoring

A standard game features six themed trivia rounds (five questions each) plus two bonus rounds. Categories change daily from thousands of topics.

Scoring

  • Most questions are worth one point.
  • The third question of each round is a three-point question.
  • You get one chance per game to use the Joker box, doubling any points scored in that round.
  • Listen closely for the Quizmaster to announce opportunities to win instant prizes, such as drinks, apparel, and passes!

Team Trivia Size

Teams are not limited in size (unless it’s a playoff), but we ask large groups to be reasonable and consider splitting up.

No Devices

Phones, tablets, and similar devices are strictly prohibited during rounds. Keep them put away until the round is over. Violation may result in point deductions at the Quizmaster’s discretion.

No Yelling

Yelling out answers is prohibited. It ruins the game for everyone else!

A Quizmaster is there to uphold the integrity of the game and keep you entertained. Feel free to address any concerns with them, and don’t forget to request a song or two.
